Jill is joined by Marianne and Monet to explain the In's and Out's of the Medicare, Health, and Life Insurance commissions we process.

Hello!

For all of our national carriers our agents are paid directly from the carrier. Highmark BCBS and UPMC, which are based out of PA, are the only carriers paid from Neishloss & Fleming.

Although our service team will handle any commission inquiries for our agents regarding the national carriers as well!

Ok I didn't listen to the whole thing but when they said they pay only 2 X a month that sounds like Agents only get paid 2 X a month which would sound like you guys are the payers, not the carriers

Yes- Highmark doesn't pay directly they send us two files a month for renewals/new business and then new coverage, corrections, and true ups. We push the commission out to the agents on the 25th and 10th and pay to the top of hierarchy.

Ok since this was a webinar on how commission work thought it would be about more then 1% of your commissionable products but ok
