I really should be working

Does your State have some nice viewing spots?

I believe this is Half Dome in Yosemite.
Anyone who spends some time in CA should drive across 120 from 49 to Lee Vining in NV. It goes right through the middle of Yosemite. You get some of the most amazing views and you don't even have to get out of your car.

In case someone's not quite as outgoing as those pics.

There's also the middle ground of hiking backcountry which is really fun too.

True. Some us here take for granted what we have within a couple of hours. Mariposa Grove Yosemite is about an hour north East and The big trees of Sequoia National Park about 1 1/2 hours South East.

I think I need a road trip.

Play stupid games, Win stupid prizes.

At the end of the day neither side gives a crap about you or I. The Left and Right care more about the opposition than they do about their own fan boys. Kinda like our favorite teams and their fans. We are just numbers and check books.
