We spend a lot of time discussing the negatives of insurance on these forums, let's be honest, there are a lot of negatives and they're often more fun to talk about. Why don't we shoot for something positive though?

Which insurance company(s) have really been pulling through for you lately? Cincinnati is the GOAT for me right now. Shoutout to Cincinnati

I don't write P&C anymore, but a few years ago when I was still offering it my favorites for HO3 were Tower Hill, Universal P&C, American Integrity, Heritage, and Swyfft (Swyfft especially had good hold music when I would call UW)

From the consumer side - We have been with USAA for a very long time. Several claims. Always great service. They answer the phone.

So so important. I have been there...for hours. I have one insurer, who shall remain nameless - that plays the same song for hours on end. I swear it was a phys tool to get you to hang up!
