Guardian can write their Life with LTC Rider on a voluntary employee owned basis.
I think there might be one or two others that write their Life with LTC Rider on a multi-life basis.

I thought Life Secure still did offer traditional group LTC

Not really. Most "group" products today are life policies with LTC riders, intended to be sold en masse to 30-year-olds in the worksite.

Its been a minute since I did one of these, but I believe National Guardian Life has a worksite LTC plan that only requires 2+ employees. While not group, it should be more substantial than the Life+LTC plans you see from Chub and others. I believe Thrivent may have a worksite or group plan as well.
Trustmark is writing most of the group LTCi today. It’s a combination life/LTC policy. Death benefit gets reduced at older ages. No inflation protection. Not a fan of the product for long term care planning, but Trustmark is penetrating the group market.
