Final Expense Phone Qualifying Is Working

Hey NFL72 how's the weather in Michigan? I know Michigan.
I'm from Port Huron.

Keep doing what you're doing.

I think it's funny the guy who thinks there's no annuities being sold in Detroit.

speaking of Sammy Haggar. I saw him live in his bar in Ca, Cabo Wabo, about a month ago. He came into town for the 20th anniversary and played until about 4 in the am. His bar holds maybe 500 people. His ban sounded great of course the yagerbombs at $18 a piece didnt hurt the sound any.

Personaly, I am not very concerned about the press one leads I am getting. I don't know where they are coming from how they are obtained or whether they spoke with someone live first or not.

I am a very small fish in a large pond. I don't think they are all that concerned about me. The state has been cut back so much they have no money to go after things like this. I sent them a perfect guy to catch that has been dirty for 20 plus years and they did nothing, not a god damn thing. He should have had his license jerked do fast and they just looked the other way.

I haven't even read the last 20 posts so I will ask again. Does anybody know of a case where an agent got fined for buying press one leads? And don't hit me with the hearsay bullshit. I want hard concrete proof, because I dont beleive they would come after me a lowly agent just struggling to get by.

BTW, I love Sammy Hagar. We saw him live with David Lee Roth when they toured together.

I'm in Florida right now and I hate it. I can't wait to move back to Michigan, probably Mt. Clemens area, just north of Detroit, the home of rock n roll.

All I do is FE and some Medicare during AEP.

Keep up the good work. I love your postings.

BTW, I'm calling Charles tomorrow. Wanna get hooked up with PHR. And thanks to you for that !!

If you haven't read the last 20 posts then how do you know your question hasn't been answered? :skeptical:

Robocall Lawsuit Leads to $65K Award | Sokolove Law

FTC Fines Telemarketers for Violations of Do Not Call Law

Notice in the last link a company that did not robo call was fined because they allowed a robo caller to use thier equipment. The exposer for violation seems pretty far reaching.

Because certain things in this forum rarely change. Like if your asked a question you have no answer to you just ignore it and hope it goes away.

I had already asked at least twice for a real example where an agent got fined for buying press one leads and it was just ignored. Telling me I need to be very concerned about buying press one leads is mostly a scare tactic.

I know because I looked it up I have a 7 trillion to one chance of getting hit by a jet engine falling from the sky. But guess what, I am not losing any sleep over it.

But maybe I should be because it did happen in 1983 to Dr. Feltderbush, from Gainsville, FL.

I have skipped some appointments because I was worried about a jet falling out of the sky and hitting me. It could happen you know?

Wow... I guess if they're not talking about you, then you're not worth talking about... I really need to make checking the forums a regular habbit if people are going to post inaccurate information about my humble little IMO.

Here's the simple scoop on the PHR Press 1 Leads: We have a top secrect government lab that we buy these from. We share (supplement) the costs with the agents. Do the same with Direct Mail. This is a vendor I've used for years with no complaints. How does he make it legal? While I'm not the expert (that's what I pay him for), my understanding is that its by having the first person on the call, the one the client interacts with initially, be a live human being. Tada! Legal.

Liablity to the agent and agency? Zero.

Hope everyone sleeps easier now.

I would totally agree, if they are starting the call with a live TM there is nothing at all wrong with it. That also makes sense that lead cost to the agent is lower than you would expect if calls are started with a live TM since you're doing it as a co-op. Done properly I'm guessing that TM can get through a TON of dials in a day since they are only spending a few seconds on the phone with each caller.
